After more than 30 years of luxury retail for LVMH brands including Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Guerlain…and hospitality spa partnerships with the most prestigious hotels such as Cheval Blanc, Waldorf=Astoria, One&Only, Four Seasons…

Louis de Vilmorin wanted to delve deeper into the sustainable development trend that was also spurring the integrative wellness movement in the hospitality environment. 

When a hotel owner asked Louis to create a destination on the French Riviera that—unlike other seasonal hotels—would operate year-round with dedicated wellness cures and programs, Louis contacted Dr Denis Lamboley. A renowned integrative and holistic medicine expert, Denis had also built a career in stress-at-work monitoring, wellness surveillance and prevention.

The partnership was established which mobilized them towards their next client. The brief? To develop a pre-registration wellness evaluation that would help personalize guest itineraries and wellness experiences. They identified its vast potential as a global remedy for client profiling and wellness programming for the hospitality industry. What’s more, it also captured unparalleled guest wellness data so hotels could provide truly personalized services to their guests.

VitalScore was born, and today WellWays is a leader in assessment and programming solutions for hotels, resorts and clinics.

With over 30 years’ experience in consumer goods sales and spa franchising, Louis began his career in Singapore with Denis Frères, specializing in F&B supplies for hotels. He then worked for renowned companies Bluebell, Clarins, and LVMH in Asia, where he focused on luxury goods distribution – delivering goods to market and collaborating with agents, department stores, duty-free shops, and luxury retailers.

Louis joined Guerlain as Business Development Director where he oversaw international markets across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. He then went on to successfully develop the brand’s global spa network.

A renown health care and wellness educator, Denis conducts programs in stress management, professional performance, health prevention, emotional intelligence and recovery. He is an international lecturer for major companies around the world and for the Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC)

Author of more than 30 books on wellbeing, regenerative and integrative medicine.

Global beauty and wellness specialist, Marilyn brings over 30 years’ experience as brand development architect, marketing executive, CX specialist, and Learning & Development leader. She has worked with an extensive array of luxury beauty retailers and brands, hotels and spa management companies, including Hilton Hotels, Waldorf Astoria Hotels, Guerlain, Spa Chakra, Christian Dior, Sephora, Club Monaco, Arch Amenities Group and Mecca.

As a seasoned expert who has collaborated with over 100 beauty brands, Marilyn also possesses vast know-how in beauty products, spa protocols, sales and the frontline experience.

Over the years, his experience as Sales Director for software companies has made him a trusted expert in understanding the technological needs of his customers.
